Soot cleaning

Soot Laser Cleaning and Surface Contaminant Removal

Laser cleaning may remove soot, carbonized deposits, and selected surface contamination from compatible materials. It is a surface-cleaning process—not a universal sterilization or mold-remediation substitute—and project controls depend on the contaminant.

Fire and smoke residue

Evaluate soot-affected masonry, metal, equipment, and other compatible surfaces after the source and safety conditions are addressed.

Containment matters

Removed material still exists and may require extraction, filtration, containment, and appropriate disposal.

Surface-specific evaluation

Material, porosity, finish, contaminant composition, access, and required outcome determine suitability.
